Tips for CTET Preparation
The tips to prepare for CTET Syllabus in Hindi are as follows:
- Revise NCERT books. Students should revise NCERT books for Classes I-VIII Maths based on their preferences as prescribed by CBSE.
- Practice mock tests. Previous year questions are mandatory for CTET preparation. Lots of websites are offered for mock tests
- Practice sample papers. CBSE will provide the paper just before the exam.
- Practice questions on pedagogy. Practical knowledge along with practical methods is essential to become a successful teacher.
- The good thing is that there is no negative marking in it. So attempt all the questions, even if you don’t know the concept, don’t leave any question without effort.
- Buy a basic grammar book for both languages.
- Read both the languages regularly. For this you can use newspapers, or books written in that specific language.
- Read the syllabus carefully. Don’t go straight to an exercise session.

Child Development and Pedagogy The section focuses on educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to students in the age group of 6-11 years.
